If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or think you have COVID-19, stay away from others, wear a mask, and get tested. The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) has set up a COVID-19 testing search tool to find tests across the state of North Carolina and the United States.
Some options include:
- A community testing event. Find events in North Carolina from the NCDHHS here.
- Testing at a local health department, pharmacy, urgent care etc. Find sites across the United States here.
- At-home testing kits. Home testing kits may be available at your local pharmacy. North Carolina residents can request an at-home testing kit through NCDHHS programming (order here). You can also order up to 4 free at-home testing kits from COVIDtests.gov to be delivered to your home in 7-10 days.
- Health care providers. Contact your healthcare provider for details on scheduling a test for COVID-19.
